CHAS Health will be hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics Monday, March 15th and Tuesday, March 16th for members of our community via online scheduling. People who qualify for COVID-19 vaccines under current guidelines are those in Phases 1A and 1B in Washington state, including pre-K-12 educators, school district employees, and licensed child care workers.
Please use the Phase Finder to confirm eligibility for a vaccine before scheduling an appointment. Phase Finder results will be confirmed before you can get vaccinated; school employees should bring their work identification with them.
